Instructions
1) Thread the foam peanuts into long rope-garlands of varying lengths. Leave a long end of thread on one end.2) Take a long strip of cloth and fold it lengthwise
3) Attach end of garland the strip of cloth by sewing it or stick it using glue.
4) Finally make a rose with the ribbon and stick it on top.

You can use other materials like straws, foam balls, large beads, etc also to make those garlands
