What was your inspiration?
I wanted to design a skirt with a fun and flirty ruffle that could be made into a shorter or longer version.
What are you most proud of?
I have included pattern pieces and a measurement chart for both a shorter and longer version of this skirt/ single or two tiers.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
This skirt is great if you want a pattern for a shorter version for the summer and a longer version for the cooler months. You can also make this skirt with or without the accent ruffles, or a plain/solid band instead of the center strip.
