What materials did you use? home decor fabric. invisible zipper. bias tape.

What are you most proud of? i bought an invisible zipper foot before making this skirt. the zipper turned out better but i didn't get as close as i could have to the teeth. 3rd times a charm i guess!

What advice would you give someone starting this project? starting this particular skirt/project, i would watch the entire class all the way through (all of the tutorials) take good notes & then start the project. this way you already have an idea what is going to happen & you can refer to your awesome notes if you get stuck or jump to that chapter.

thanks! don't be nervous. it'll turn out great! this is the best class to start with for and was the first class i ever took when i started teaching myself how to sew. it gave me the basics i needed to grow my skills. i have made more skirts than i can count for myself and/or friends. what county are you in?

i want to take this class.....where can you find her book with the patterns? and can the skirt be made larger, i think i read that she goes over how to make smaller if needed, but not larger? thanks!
