I don't plan to make the quilt so I'm bordering and binding the blocks as I go. This gives me a chance to try new binding techniques. I think I'm going to try "Facing" the Union Pride block. This is a technique I JUST read about... has anyone here faced a quilted wall hanging?

Your blocks are beautiful. I have not heard of facing, but now I am curios. Will have to check it out. Your blocks are very well done & your points are perfection. Thank you for sharing.

Thank you very much, Pamillia. The blocks are quite short of perfection - I'm doing good on the points, but at the expense of straight lines in the other elements. But I'm very happy with my progress, and your encouragement is very welcome!

Wow this looks great. I have to take a picture of mine later today.
