This is a simple 12 " block with appliqued circles cut from a panel piece that I must have purchased from a bargain bin. It was meant for sewing a soft padded page book. But I turned it into this tag quilt for the child of a friend. Turned out much better than I expected..Difficulty:

100% cotton scraps, 100% cotton flannel, grosgrain ribbon, 3 teething toys. The pictures were cut from a panel I had purchased some time ago , and I just came across it today. Was just the right fit for this tag quilt I had been planning.
