Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: The bottom tier was knife pleats topped with edible fondant-gum paste lace; middle tier rhinestones with fondant-gum paste ribbon, fondant-gum paste bow, fondant in center of bow; top tier is fondant-gum paste ribbon along with rhinestones too. Used a lace mold for lace and followed Zoe Clark techniques to use the mold. Also, made a former for the knife pleats, template provided by Marsha Winebeckler.
