Instructions

Measure width and length. For this dress, I made it for my 8 year old grand daughter. Her chest is 26 and I added another 6 inches . Length was 23" Cut a piece of material 32"X24". Wind elastic thread by hand to bobbin then do 15 rows of shirring 3/8" apart. Make sure to reinforce elastic so it doesn't pop out. Sew seam and add straps or a tie in the front.hem it up...Done...happy sewing!
