This set was created by upcycling 2 bracelets, 2 necklaces and a pair of earrings. Vintage beads, glass, wood, acrylic
What was your inspiration?
Spring! Spring had sprung and I wanted to make something fun and happy!
The yellow heart pendant was removed from a pair of stud earrings.
The faceted yellow beads and small orange plastic beads were once necklaces.
The ovalish white class beads and fauz pearls came from bracelets.
The square blue glass beads are new.
I forget where the teal beads came from!!
What are you most proud of?
I usually do not create such matchy matchy sets, but in this case it works. Can't help but feel happy when wearing these pieces!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Rip things apart and mix the parts up with your stash. Have fun!
