Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: I used a reference from two courses on Craftsy. One by Maggie Austin's Berries and Blossoms class and Nicholas Lodge's Classic Sugar Flowers class on peonies. I could not have accomplished this sugar work without their expertise and help!!!
What are you most proud of? The sugar flowers!! I tried to replicate Maggie Austins new pale pink cake...but I missed the mark. Maybe she will have a class on it here in the future??? I LOVE her work and teaching style!!
