Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: This is a White Cake with two layers of Lemon SMBC (both recipes from www.cakepaperparty.com) with a layer of Lemon Custard. The cake is ganached with Lemon White Chocolate Ganache (I find the easiest method to get straight edges and flawless top is the one explained in the tutorial by Belle Maison Cakes ( you can find it here https://www.facebook.com/bellemaisoncakes/app_251458316228). The decorations are made with a 20-80 mix of fondant and modeling chocolate and are applied to the cake using The Wax Paper Transfer Method taught by Jessica Harris. Thanks for stopping by! :)
