What materials did you use? Scrap cottons

What are you most proud of? I cut the squares for the nine patches and put all the lights in one paper bag and all the darks in another. After shaking them up, I drew them out of the bags without judging them so this is truly a scrap quilt. Whatever came out of the bag was what went into the block.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Make it truly random - it has a charm all its own.

This quilt is hanging in my office now. It makes me smile everytime I see it (about 20 times a day!!)
