i kinda winged it had to learn by myself first hem the dress bottom and sew up the shoulders and the side of the dress either you can add sleeves or hem the arm openings same as the neck either a fancy collar or just give it a edge depending on what the maker wants you can make the dress fancy with lace or even change the lenghDifficulty:
