What are you most proud of? This is my first lace shawl I knitted and I'm proud of how it turned out. Get lots of complements when I wear it.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Put in the life lines - wish I had done more after each pattern repeat within a stitch pattern, would have helped not having to rip out one section 4-5 times before I got it right. Class was great!

Boy, you're preachin' to the choir...I also frogged one of the sections 4 times and finally learned my leason. Lifelines are a life saver :D Now we're friends!

It's so nice to hear that I haven't been the only one to frog so many times. Thanks for the encouragement.

Ha not only am I putting in lifelines and stich markers after ripping out so many times now I am checking off each stich as I do it so I don't lose my place. Is there any hope for me??? I am at the planet stich row 9 ready to tackle right and left increases. UGH!

Yes there is. Keep at it. Put a lifeline after you're done with the first set of planet stitches before you start the 2nd set. Good luck and I'd love to see yours when you're done.
