What was your inspiration?
On my 65th b'day I decided to learn something new everyday from now on. Having knit since I was 9, I now have the time to sit with a new technique (for me). AND I LEARNED AND LEARNED AND LEARNED
What are you most proud of?
The many, many times I ripped and the many times I stuck with it. This picture shows the side with the fewest mistakes. How about that plasma stitch, Laura. You in tears yet??AND I LEARNED AND LEARNED AND LEARNED
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Perhaps it was my arrogance, or perhaps my mortality. I started a new project with a lace mohair. And yes, it is soft and warm and beautiful. BUT it was a pain to rip out. The fibres really did not want to let go.
