Use the lifelines regularly! And use markers to mark our the stitch sections - especially on the border panel, where if you mark out the 18 stitches "eaten", it makes it much much easier to keep track of where you are!I extended mine slightly after the last plasma stitch section, but started to worry I was going to run out of yarn so only did one repeat of the galaxy stitch at this ...
