Cute! I'm a little confused on the directions. Did you cut the hem off the bottom of the T-shirt and then sew it to the neckline, or did you just fold the the fabric at the neckline over after you cut off the ribbing on the neck? Thank you for sharing!

Just folded over the neckline...I cut off the bottom hem so that it had a raw edge.
