Instructions
This cake is a traditional stacked cake.
For the decorations I use store bought satin ribbon for the base of each tier. Make sure to spray both sides of it with scotch guard so the frosting doesn't stain it. Start with a plain ribbon to go all around the base and attach it to itself using a dab of icing. Then make the bow and hot glue it to the ribbon on the base.
Next is the scrollwork. This is all up to you. There is no set pattern and no right or wrong way to do this. Use a #3 piping tip and start making y's, c's & s patterns and let your imagination take over.
The cake topper is porcelien hearts that can be purchased at a wedding supply store.
