Silk Scarf

Instructions

Layer work surface generously with wax paper.
I made a variety of sizes of blue circles over the scarf, then I drew up a small amount if rubbing alcohol into the straw & liberally applied it to the scarf from a distance of 6-8".
After the blue dried I filled in the white spots with red market and repeated the alcohol sprinkling process.
