What was your inspiration?

I wanted a warm wrap that would be easy to throw on and off, and would stay in place. So I came up with a combination Shawl and Sweater = Shawler, a shawl with sleeves! The cuffs help keep it in place, but it's easy to get out of if you're driving and get too warm.

What are you most proud of?

This is my original pattern (which was recently duplicated by another designer). So, if you see an imitation on another Crochet/Knitting website, please know this is my own creation. Thank you to my loyal customers and crochet buddies!

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Read the directions carefully. The cuffs might be a little confusing if you are a newbie. If you have any questions, please contact me on Etsy or Facebook! ;)

Oh Shelle - look at all those Shawlers - so wonderful that everyone is making them - can't even begin to tell you how many I've done. Love your pattern in all three styles - crocheted, knitted and the shorter jacket. So glad I found you where ever it was I found you. Thanks so much. CathyJ248
