What are you most proud of? Making the bias binding - I've bound lots of quilts but never with bias.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Don't cut up yardage for these -it's amazing how little a scrap can be and still be used.

One more question- is it single or double fold bias? Thanks for the inspiration.

I used double fold. The strips were cut 2" wide, folded in half, then stitched to the coasters with a 1/4" seam allowance. Hope that helps!

beautiful. is this kit or pattern available

The pattern was adapted from one in Malka Dubrawsky's book 'Fresh Quilting'. I borrowed the book from the library and used scraps from previous projects so it was really inexpensive. Have fun!
