What are you most proud of? The lace border section isn't difficult per se, but you do have to pay attention since the pattern is worked on both sides. I had a eureka moment when I discovered there was a chart on the next page (I was initially reading the pattern from my phone and focused in on the written instructions at the top) and it started to move a lot more quickly after that.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Like I noted before, the written directions for picking up stitches and doing the short rows in the crescent section are seriously lacking. I think having done this type of shawl construction before would be incredibly helpful (though this was my first time, so I don't have any suggestions for other patterns to try). I ended up reading the project notes of other knitters who had done this pattern and improvised my own solution.
