Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. This is the Classic Naples-Style "Napoletana" Pizza dough recipe. It is topped with a very light coating of tomato sauce, thinly shaved Rosemary Ham, Sweet Capocolla, thinly sliced tomatoes and finished with shredded mozzarella and Spanish Manchego cheese.
