What was your inspiration?
Looked through a knit guide and came across this Rice Stitch pattern. Since Holidays are coming I thought I could practice this stitch and make a scarf as well.
What are you most proud of?
The way the scarf turned out. For the first time knitting this stitch it flowed nicely.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
I did not add a stitch at the beginning of each row to simply knit so that the piece would lay flat. This required me to make a single crochet edging to allow the piece more stability to lie flat.
