Whilst making my last batch of hair barrettes I had a eureka moment! I have adapted my loop design to form this Ribbon Scroll bezel. The copper wire creates a pretty pattern around the edge of the stone, allowing you to see the edge of the stone through the bezel, whilst forming a strong and sturdy setting around the stabilised turquoise drop. The pendant is 2" tall including the bail and 1" at it's widest point. It hangs from 3 strands of seed beads, which have been finished with handmade copper wire cones and a handmade hook clasp. The necklace is 18" long. I have oxidised the piece to highlight the detail.
