What are you most proud of? That I kept persevering & didn't give up :) This cake did make me cry! The party was in a few hours & when the stripes weren't sticking on the cake I broke down! But I wiped the tears away & continued to try. On our 4th attempt we finally got them to stick!

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Give yourself plenty of time and you definitely need two people when applying the stripe transfer to the cake :)

You did an amazing job! Love those colours. Btw I couldn't get anything to stick using Crisco (copha here in Aus) either, so I gave up and did the same as you did and used an edible glue. Your perseverance definitely paid off! It's beautiful!
