Measure. measure , measure. I am not impressed with her patterns. I use measurement appropriate sizing on 3 jackets and everyone was too tight. What advice would you give someone starting this project?
You will be able to find this pattern in quilting stores, but I don't think it is available on her web-site anymore. You want to look the pattern over very good and compare it with other patterns that fit as the sleeves are very fitted. I guess I cannot imagine why there is a need for a "fitted" rain jacket. Slim sleeves just don't make sense to me. I used expensive fabric so ended up adding strips under the arm and down the side of the jacket to make them large enough.
