What was your inspiration?

What are you most proud of?
Delicious croissants I hand crafted! Took some plain and ham and cheese to work and shared, with many rave reviews! Even our Culinary Arts teacher was impressed and asked if I wanted to teach this lesson to her class....I declined but told her about Craftsy.com!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
See my "instructions" above for my words of wisdom. Enjoy and have fun!
