This project was made as part of a Craftsy course:
Scrap Quilting »

Difficulty:

Category: Quilting

Type of item: Food

For: Unisex

Style: Traditional, Casual

Materials

cotton and cotton batting

What was your inspiration?

Pepper Cory's Scrap Quilting class. I like to try small samples of a new block and this block just seemed to make perfect pot holders.

What are you most proud of?

I changed the size of the block to 8 inches finished to be a better pot holder size.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Try making lots of different blocks--adjust the dimensions and make pot holders or place mats with your samples.
