What materials did you use? All cotton fabric and decorative stitching.

What are you most proud of? Instead of just watching the course, I actually completed a project.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? I would use Batik fabric next time as indicated in the course material. I used cotton fabric from my stash and it takes a while to get used to the excessive fraying. I do like some fraying, so the finer fabric would be more suitable. My slasher was sharp and I think it would do even better with Batiks. My friend made a gorgeous cushion cover using one large circle and it looks great and is very different.

I definitely like the effect with the striped fabric!

Like your color choices very much. The stripe works well. Am inspired to do a pillow or two...

The fabrics are lovely colours and the stripe effect is so unusual
