Difficulty:
Category: Sewing
Type of item: Clothing
For: Children
Style: Romantic, Cute, Retro / Vintage
Materials
fabric (velveteen, jersey, flannel), tulle, felt, buttons
What was your inspiration?
I found this great purple velveteen at a thrift store and I wanted to do something fancy with it for Cora.
What are you most proud of?

What advice would you give someone starting this project?
If you want to blind stitch the hem, leave time for it! Also, I wish I had marked the seam lines (or what I was using for them) on the ruffles before I began gathering.
