What materials did you use? A selection of cotton fabrics in bright pink and lime green, with a light polyester wadding. As all the fabrics are donated we are restricted with the colour combinations we can use, but this one came together beautifully.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Go for it!

It's fantastic to realize this is your first attempt at quilting a feather design after taking online quilting lessons by Ann Petersen. It looks gorgeous as if done by a professional. It gives me hope. I'm a student, too.

Thank you loisy. I did practise on smaller pieces before I was brave enough to do the feathers on a quilt! but I was delighted with the finished result. If I can do it you will be able to as well it just takes practice. Good luck
