What are you most proud of? The clean simple lines with that pop of hot pink.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Use as thin a leather as possible if sewing on a home sewing machine. Don't be afraid to use what you love in a lining.

If you've never sewn leather before, you should really take Don's class. If you have a commercial leather machine, you can sew whatever the machine will handle. If you have a regular fabric sewing machine, get the thinnest leather possible. If you take Don's class, he has a discount you can use at a reputable leather company. I would recommend www.leatherhidestore.com, or their Ebay store stores.ebay.com/Kyson-Leather.

Also, Don is showing alot of techniques for a leather tote, so this particular pattern is not in the class.
