What are you most proud of? I like the simple coloring of white and ivory.

I love this technique! It's elegant and romantic without being overdone. I'm not a fan of many of the newer designs and techniques (such as the topsy turvy cakes, many of the fondant cakes, etc.), and prefer the more old fashioned type. I've been doing cakes for almost 40 years, and won't do the kinds I don't like. This one is modern, yet still reminiscent of times gone by. Excellent job, I would be thrilled to do one like yours.

Of course! This cake was made with a 6 inch square and a 10" square tier, each with 5 layers of cake to get them very square. It was for 60, but could serve up to 70

Lovely, perfect and beautiful. I adore the combination of the white bare sides and the rosettes. I also like the way you did the rosettes of various sizes. I can learn a lot just by observing the details of this wonderful cake. Thank you for sharing.
