can i ask, how did you make your cake so straight and clean? what recipe do you use to prevent sloping? it's beautiful. do you make your own fondant or order it?

I use Carma Massa fondant and use the upside down method for nice sharp edges. I beleive there is a cass by Jessica Harrris that you can take for the technique. Sloping. is generally cause by uneven fondant that has not been properly smooth down enough then retrimmed. I hope this helped.
