Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: Make sugar flower peony in advance. I use the chocolate rolled fondant mix with some white color fondant on this cake. I found that Wilton chocolate rolled fondant is very dry, not easy to roll out and easily crack on the edges. I personally won't use it again.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? I made this peony without using peony cutters because of short notice. I drew peony petals in 5 different sizes on paper, cut them out then put them on the rolled gum paste. Use a razor to cut the gum paste along the paper pattern.
