What was your inspiration?

My great granddaughter, Hannah, she is so beautiful and loves twirly skirts and dresses. I have been wanting to put one of these together for some time. Martha Pullen had a guest giving instructions on making these, I was in the mood and made one the next day.

What are you most proud of?

Jumping in and getting it done

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Have a ruffler or pleater for your machine. This is not too terribly hard but there would not have been near the fullness if I had not had one. I just kept pleating and pleating and pleating. If it didn't move that day, it got pleated. My husband looked worried all day.
