What materials did you use? Quilting-weight cotton, 7-9" invisible zipper, thread, double-fold bias tape

What are you most proud of? ...everything! ;) The little details-- the invisible zipper, the finished waist band, the blind hem, and the way that it actually fits my hips without bubbling out like store-bought pencil skirts usually do on me! (thanks to making the muslin before the actual skirt-- I think I will be doing this from now on :))

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Don't plan on doing it all in one day, especially if this is your first time making clothing. The video lessons break each step down into manageable segments-- that way you don't get burned out/ frustrated! :)

I love it. Great job.

Adore the way you scalloped the edge to reflect the circular floral motifs! Genius. :) A nice fit and very useful colours, too. You've made (pun intended) a good friend in this one! (giggles)
