I constructed the base card from navy blue cardstock and scored it at the top so that my palm tree Christmas card opens vertically from the bottom. What was your inspiration?
A October surprise snowstorm that had me thinking about a warm and snow free place.
What are you most proud of?
The way the Christmas lights appear to glow on the palm tree.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
When masking the palm tree cut the mask just inside the edge of the black stamp outline to prevent a halo around the palm tree image after sponging in the background.
