What materials did you use? Two fat quarters, zipper, interfacing

What are you most proud of? I made it!

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Pressing, cutting and interfacing your fabric will take longer than you think. Otherwise, just sew along with Kristin and you'll have a cute bag in no time!

Nice little pouch - Can't wait to try myself ...

Thanks! It's a very handy thing to have, and not hard to make. I like the drawstring pouch, too.

nice work!!!! lovely pouch!! I saw that like me, you also have signed up in numerous classes....I have taken this course (among many many others) but I only have two hands, so one thing at a time...right now I am playing with double knitting..then I most possibly jump to shuttle tatting and....you know how it is...it never ends...I think I am hooked into all kinds of crafting...so, I guess we will be seeing or rather reading each other here quite a lot! See you soon! Have fun!

I just saw this comment! When did you leave it? There is not enough time to watch all the Craftsy classes, but when I retire, maybe! How is the shuttle tatting?

wow! your little zipper pouch looks so beautiful and professional! I can't believe it. Lovely. I wonder if I could make something with a zipper too . . . . ?

Thanks! You certainly can! I just learned how to use a sewing machine again and was able to do it. Not having to use pins really helped.
