Pains au chocolat

Learn It

This project was made as part of a Craftsy course:
Classic Croissants at Home »

Difficulty:

Category: Food & Cooking

Type of item: Food

For: Other

Style: Classic

What are you most proud of?

They were the best and most delicious Pains au chocolat that I've ever tasted.
Especially when they were still warm :-)

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Just follow the instructions from the course and you'll end up with marvellous croissants!

Wow! They look so delicious!!! And I was always thinking that the French were the only ones who could make Croissants and pains au chocolat! What a prejudice!!! I really would like to taste them....

Hi Ninerina, They look great. Nice color (bake) and good clean shaping. Very nice work - and I am sure they were delicious too! Happy Baking! Colette

They were sticking together when we baked them and so we had to separate them afterwards. This is why they look somewhat pale on the sides.
