Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. This was our first pizza attempt. We followed Peter's Classic Napolitana recipe.

We divided the dough into 4 portions and made 4 pizzas. This one was our first one, really ugly but absolutely delicious! We didn't have a wooden peel and the pizza stuck to the pan used to build it and didn't slide to the baking stone. The last one came out a lot better. After this experience I ran to get a peel. Now I'm ready for my next pizza. Will post our next attempt.
