I love it! Your fondant edging is so crisp!! Do you use a ganache to base ice with? AWESOME work!

No, I simply use crusting butter cream under the fondant. I flip the tier upside down and using the smoother I smooth down the edge until the "shadow" is gone and that is all I do.
