I found a great image of a 1917 Sheet Music called Carbarlick Acid and fell in love. I used Spoonflower in Seattle and had two of the images printed onto a yard of cotton and then added the framing in whites grays and blacks. The back is a black and white Alexander Henry Day of the Dead and Oh Sweet Music was created. I quilted the top following many of the lines of the design and filling in to enhance the skeleton image. Then did basic stippling for the filler. All in all, I really loved the way it came out.
