Materials

Gumpaste flowers as directed in the class, on a white chocolate mud cake with white chocolate ganache and a white chocolate-marshmallow fondant. All flowers made with the Nicholas Lodge gumpaste recipe.

What was your inspiration?

JB and her beautiful spring colors- so cheerful, bright and up lifting.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Watch the video first, get all your supplies prepared, take your time and enjoy! I, personally, loved this course..it was great fun.

I used a 5 petal cutter and gum paste. I coloured the gumpaste to ivory and lighting dusted them using a mixture of peach and pink petal dust.
