Working this pattern is fairly easy, but you can’t make a mistake. I’ve always prided myself is being able to fix mistakes, even if they are 20 rows down, I just unravel that section a few stitches wide down to the mistake and work it back…not with this pattern. What was your inspiration?

When I saw this pattern, I had to get it. Ive been meaning to start a lace shawl project, I have so much thin yarn in my stash. The pattern looks the same on both sides which is great.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Stay focused when you work the tear drops, don't knit when you are sleepy :). it takes a lot longer to undo the mistake than with most patterns.
