What are you most proud of? I'm most proud of the fact that it was dead on in replication.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Take your time. The details are what make this cake worth it.

My husband and I love it!! Would be a great groom's cake. Being a law abiding gun owner I appreciate the realistic quality of it. And as for Discating, we should keep young adults away from cake, more for us crazy gun toting adults!

Thank you so much, Dc. :) Almost every man in my family is in the military in one branch or another, so brushing off that shoulder ;) I'm very, very proud of each and every one of them. And I'll continue to make them things they enjoy, regardless if some folks like it or not! XD

Great Job would be Awesome fora Police Officer Birthday or Grooms Cake. Just ignore the ignorance of some people.

I agree! I would love to do this for an officer. So far I've made several, and none have been for officers yet. They've all been exclusively for either active military or veterans. My favorite was Colt .45 for a Vietnam vet, who had a fit over it. His reaction was well worth any flack I may receive from silliness lol XD

awesome cake... i can honestly say, my husband would love this cake for his birthday or our wedding reception, as he loves collecting guns and working for local law enforcement..

Thank you, everyone! I just found out recently that my nephew actually took the replica from the cake and has it in the freezer, still to this day. :) He is about to go on his first deployment as well. I assume the negative comments were from those who are ignorant to the facts and thought I had made a gun for a child. LOL, Ok then. :D
