Do you have a link to a favorite tutorial on how to do the sew and flip scrappy border? Trying to figure it out just from picture, but I'm stumped.

This is a tutorial on the basic sew and flip method of crazy piecing, which is what this is. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VZoVAMTVwdo Because this is a long skinny piece, I started at one end, and worked my way to the other end. What makes it look "complicated" is that the pieces I used were themselves made from strips; they were the scraps left over from cutting triangles from the strippy fabric.
