What materials did you use? I used Laurel Burch cotton fabrics, cotton batting and back. I cut the back an inch wider and tried bringing the back to the front for finishing like MImi shows. The technique is easy and I will use this method again.

What are you most proud of? I'm most proud of the design elements. This is my first, drawn out on graph paper and then cut and pieced.

I love this Laurel Burch fabric. It has been made into a bed runner. The runner will go at the base of a bed over a cream colored quilt.

Hi 4bird2. Love your design and fabric choices. Thanks for sharing your project.

Thanks, Shoestring. I found it hard to cut the horses apart, therefore large blocks.

Love it. Great fabric and patchwork pattern!

Thank you Brenda. It looks quite stunning on a cream colored king size bed.
