I used medium weight upholstery fabric, with heavy weight twill for the trim and handles.
What was your inspiration?
I wanted a bag that was designed to carry exactly what I wanted to carry, and for things to be in a particular place, particularly my cell phone, for which I was tired of fishing in the bottom of my bag. The front pouch is where I place my keys! Now I know where they are!
What are you most proud of?
I have received so many compliments on this bag, and several people have already asked me to make one for them.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Take your time and plan!
