I'm back from vacation and getting ready to start using my recently inherited vintage oven! The covered part in the middle is a flattop...perfect for eggs and potatoes to serve with toast. Also pictured are three Dansk baking containers I just picked up at a resale shop. Looking forward to using all of these new old items to bake some sourdough. Will keep you all posted....

My mom had a similar oven sans the flattop. Wow, brings back memories! It lasted a long time and lots of great dinners were cooked there!
