I'm back from vacation and getting ready to start using my recently inherited vintage oven! The covered part in the middle is a flattop...perfect for eggs and potatoes to serve with toast. Also pictured are three Dansk baking containers I just picked up at a resale shop. Looking forward to using all of these new old items to bake some sourdough. Will keep you all posted....
